Lapp Houses Co. Ltd. is responsible for all permits needed by the local authorities.

After all requirements are satisfied, the order is placed.

Within 6 months you will be presented with your Lapp House key.

If you choose to, we will be there, caring and looking after your Lapp House to last you a lifetime.

We gurantee you,

Savings up to 35% if you choose a Lapp House instead of a concrete structure.

A finished house within 25 weeks from the day the order is placed.

Maintenance Services for life upon signing our Service contract.
